I have a perfect idea for you: read a book!




Yes, I know that you want to tell me that you don’t have  time to read. It’s easier to spend a lovely evening in front of a telly.
Reading also can help you to forget about your worries and relax.


Find a good book (if you need advice try: http://www.goodreads.com/ or  http://lubimyczytac.pl/ )
Find a good place to read: a comfortable chair, a sofa by a roaring fire or your bed.


For me there’s just one more thing: a cup of coffee or a good tea

Keep calm and celebrate the new year 2014






Always there is a hope that we can start something completely new, change our life and start to be a different person. It’s not so easy because we have to do something more than just say it: we have to work out a really good plan, prepare ourselves for this change, find a good motivation - it’s very important! We have to want this, we can’t base our idea of success on other people’s opinions and expectations. If we do it for ourselves, if the motivation come from inside of our’s heads we will sooner or later achieve success.

For example: many people want to be more fit. They buy the new athletic clothes, new training shoes, they make decision that since Monday they will use their gym card...and also they start to be on a diet. If we want to be more precise they stop eating.

In February (in most cases) the clothes lie forgotten in the wardrobe, the shoes had been eaten by a dog, it’s take too long to get to a gym, it’s more comfortable to stay at home with a packet of delicious biscuits.

Why it’s so easy to give up?
