“Don't you go to the movies?" "Mostly just to eat popcorn in the dark.” ― Charles Bukowski

Two weeks ago I was in the cinema. For me it was really an exceptional day because I don’t have many opportunities  to go out.
When I have more free time I prefer to meet with friends and spend some time outside in the park or in the pub ;)
So I was in the cinema. I like this place. When the lights turn off we start to watch a story and we forgot whole world - but only when we don’t forget to shut down our phone :)
It was a small cinema so I didn’t have any problems with people who like to eat popcorn while watching a movie…I could focus myself on the action.

I can say that usually I watch a trailer before I decide to go and watch whole movie but this time I didn’t do this I can say that I didn’t know anything about this movie…I was sure that there is something like “Grand Hotel” in the title and that’s all.

After showing I can say that I'm fascinated with this movie and It’s well worth watching!

The Grand Budapest Hotel it’s a story of Gustave H, a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel between the wars, and Zero Moustafa, the lobby boy who becomes his most trusted friend.

I got a pleasure from watching this movie. It wasn’t boring, there was a action but without exaggeration. Excellent production and actors.

And one more thing...the filming location of this movie was Görlitz. It’s a town in Germany but it’s also iPolish sister city of Zgorzelec. And it’s my home town so for me it’s was really interesting to watch the places which I know very well.

What a wonderful day.

Always when spring starts I feel full of energy and more optimistic, maybe it’s strange but I feel like all my problems seems to disappear.

I like to observe the changes in the nature, it’s like whole world wakes up after this long winter nap.
With impatience I’m waiting for this moment when I’ll go somewhere without my jacket, cap and a warm scarf…

In the meantime I appreciate this beautiful day. Today I’m going to go for a long, long walk with a dog which is not mine and be happy because of the Sun and nice spring smell in the air.

it's not so easy

It’s not so easy to get out of a train especially when it’s drive very fast.

We all need to work, I think that it’s very healthy to have a job and in a nutshell to be forced to wake up, get out of home, do this things for which we are payed for and go home.
A job order our day, our life. Personally I’m almost sure that without a job and all this little things to do I would get crazy…

In a perfect world, in a perfect life all peoples would have a job of their dreams.
We would woke up every morning with pleasure.

All we know that the word “perfect” it’s not so well chosen to describe our reality. So sometimes we have to do things we don’t like to do, we feel almost wasting our precious time. We get home very angry, under stress without desire to do something more: to go to a gym, to meet with friends or read a book. We want to go sleep. Sometimes people have to work about 10 or 11 hours a day, there is no time to point to schedule activities that help recharge. In this case it’s difficult to get a good balance between work and life.

And this time there will be no happy ending
or happy conclusion

Home sweet home - how to get to my hometown?!

In Poland we have to agree that our trains are slower, delayed and sometimes without no particular reason they don’t arrives.

After timetables changes I always will be late for my first class. But I can’t complain! It’s good that still there is connection with my city...because for example to get to Zgorzelec you can take a train : 5 hours  or for the brave traveller : 12h.
To get to Zgorzelec by car you need 2,5h. (there is a difference, isn’t it?)
Maybe it’s not so good for environment but frankly speaking in this case I don’t care…

Ok, there is another option, you can take a bus. But! (there is always small, innocent but) only in Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
The way to get back, to get out from Zgorzelec it’s more difficult. We don’t have PKS(state bus company).

I have a perfect idea for you: read a book!

Yes, I know that you want to tell me that you don’t have  time to read. It’s easier to spend a lovely evening in front of a telly.
Reading also can help you to forget about your worries and relax.

Find a good book (if you need advice try: http://www.goodreads.com/ or  http://lubimyczytac.pl/ )
Find a good place to read: a comfortable chair, a sofa by a roaring fire or your bed.

For me there’s just one more thing: a cup of coffee or a good tea

Keep calm and celebrate the new year 2014

Always there is a hope that we can start something completely new, change our life and start to be a different person. It’s not so easy because we have to do something more than just say it: we have to work out a really good plan, prepare ourselves for this change, find a good motivation - it’s very important! We have to want this, we can’t base our idea of success on other people’s opinions and expectations. If we do it for ourselves, if the motivation come from inside of our’s heads we will sooner or later achieve success.

For example: many people want to be more fit. They buy the new athletic clothes, new training shoes, they make decision that since Monday they will use their gym card...and also they start to be on a diet. If we want to be more precise they stop eating.

In February (in most cases) the clothes lie forgotten in the wardrobe, the shoes had been eaten by a dog, it’s take too long to get to a gym, it’s more comfortable to stay at home with a packet of delicious biscuits.

Why it’s so easy to give up?
